These terms govern your use of every WRKTOP website and platform, including PharmaWRK, ServiceWRK, HelloWRK and SalesWRK.
Effective from 22 September 2026 · Last updated 22 October 2026
In short: WRKTOP provides these platforms as a subscription service. You keep ownership of your data; we keep ownership of the software. Use the platforms lawfully and for your own business. Our AI features assist your team — they do not replace your judgement, and you remain responsible for what you send, file or rely on. Indian law applies.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and WRKTOP Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having CIN U72900KA2021PTC144936 and its registered office at 588, Vidyaranyapura Main Road, Block No. 3, HMT Layout, Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru 560097, Karnataka, India ("WRKTOP", "we", "us", "our").
These Terms apply at the company level. They govern every website we operate and every platform in our portfolio — currently PharmaWRK, ServiceWRK, HelloWRK and SalesWRK — together with any platform we add later. Where a specific platform has additional terms, an order form or a signed agreement, those documents apply in addition to these Terms and prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
By accessing any WRKTOP website, creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any platform, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Platform | Any software product operated by WRKTOP, including PharmaWRK, ServiceWRK, HelloWRK and SalesWRK. |
| Services | The Platforms, our websites, and any related support, documentation and APIs. |
| Customer | The organisation that subscribes to a Platform. |
| User | An individual authorised by a Customer to access a Platform under the Customer's subscription. |
| Customer Data | All data, documents, records and content that a Customer or its Users submit to, or generate within, a Platform. |
| Output | Text, extractions, summaries, drafts, classifications or other results produced by an AI feature of a Platform. |
The Services are intended for business use. You may use them only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly provide the Services to individuals below that age.
You must not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law, or if you are located in a jurisdiction where we are not permitted to provide them.
Our Platforms sign users in using a one-time code sent to a verified email address rather than a stored password. You agree to:
An administrator of a Customer organisation can create, modify and remove Users and assign their roles and permissions. Administrators can see and act on data belonging to the Users they manage. If you are a User, your employer — not WRKTOP — controls your account and the data in it.
We may offer a free trial of a Platform. Trials are provided as-is, may be subject to feature or volume limits, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. At the end of a trial your access will stop unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We will tell you before a trial ends.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the plan and cycle shown at the time of purchase or in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes, duties or levies, which will be added to your invoice at the prevailing rate. Where you are required by law to withhold tax, you will provide us the relevant certificate.
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms of the same length unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change our pricing; for existing subscriptions, changes take effect at the start of the next renewal term and we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement with you, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods, unused Users, or periods in which you did not use a Platform. The cases in which we do refund — duplicate charges, our own billing errors, a subscription we fail to provision, and an unintended renewal reported promptly — together with how to request a refund and how it is paid, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days past its due date, we may suspend access to the relevant Platform after giving you notice, and may charge interest on the overdue amount at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) from the due date until payment, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
WRKTOP is a registered enterprise under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. Where WRKTOP is entitled to the benefit of section 16 of that Act, nothing in these Terms operates to waive, reduce or limit that entitlement to compound interest at three times the bank rate notified by the Reserve Bank of India on delayed payments, and that statutory entitlement applies in place of the rate above to the extent it is higher.
You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:
We may investigate suspected breaches and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content and suspending access.
You own your Customer Data. We claim no ownership of it. You grant WRKTOP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display and otherwise use Customer Data solely to provide, secure, support and improve the Services for you, and as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of Customer Data, for having the rights and consents needed to submit it to us, and for how your Users use it. Where Customer Data includes personal data, you act as the Data Fiduciary (or controller) and WRKTOP acts as a Data Processor on your instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may generate aggregated and de-identified statistics about how the Services are used, and may use those statistics to operate, analyse and improve the Services, provided they do not identify you, your Users or any individual.
On termination, you may export Customer Data as described in clause 14. We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use one customer's Customer Data to train models that serve another customer.
Our Platforms use artificial intelligence to read documents and messages, extract structured information, classify and prioritise work, and draft communications. You should understand and accept the following.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRKTOP is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on Output.
The Services, including all software, interfaces, designs, documentation, models, workflows and know-how, and all trade marks including WRKTOP, PharmaWRK, ServiceWRK, HelloWRK and SalesWRK, are and remain the property of WRKTOP or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
If you send us suggestions, feature requests or other feedback, we may use it freely and without obligation to you.
The Services run on third-party infrastructure and may integrate with third-party services such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment gateways and AI model providers. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect ours.
Our websites may link to third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Each party may receive information from the other that is marked confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care, to use it only for the purposes of these Terms, and not to disclose it except to employees, contractors and advisers bound by similar obligations, or where disclosure is required by law.
These obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was already lawfully known to it, or is independently developed by it.
We aim to keep the Services available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a specific service level is agreed in writing with you. We may carry out planned maintenance, and will give reasonable notice where practicable.
Support is provided by email at support@wrktop.com during our normal business hours, and through in-product channels where available.
We improve the Services continuously and may add, change or remove features. We will not make a change that materially reduces the core functionality of a Platform during a paid term without giving you reasonable notice and, where the change materially disadvantages you, the option to terminate that Platform's subscription and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused period.
By you. You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing term. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except as set out in clause 13 or in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practicable, if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within 30 days of notice, if an invoice is overdue as described in clause 6.5, if your use threatens the security, integrity or lawful operation of the Services, or if we are required to do so by law.
Effect. On termination, your right to use the relevant Platform ends. For 30 days after termination we will make Customer Data available for export in a commonly used format on written request. After that period we will delete or irreversibly anonymise Customer Data in the ordinary course, except where we are required to retain it by law or for the establishment or defence of legal claims. Clauses 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 21 survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". WRKTOP disclaims all warranties, conditions and representations not expressly set out in these Terms, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that Output will be accurate or complete, or that the Services will meet your requirements or produce any particular business result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits either party's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WRKTOP, its directors, officers, employees and agents against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your Customer Data, including any claim that it infringes a third party's rights or was submitted without the necessary rights or consents; (b) your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your reliance on, or onward use of, any Output.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the clause below, the courts at Bengaluru, India, have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before commencing proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through discussion between senior representatives for at least thirty (30) days after written notice of the dispute. Any dispute not resolved in that period may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Bengaluru, India, and the proceedings will be conducted in English.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, all grievances should be addressed to our Grievance Officer by email at contactus@wrktop.com, or by post to Grievance Officer, WRKTOP Technologies Pvt Ltd, 588, Vidyaranyapura Main Road, Block No. 3, HMT Layout, Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru 560097, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, where the change is material, notify account administrators by email or in-product at least 15 days before it takes effect.
