App support

The Wrktop app is an invite only app and therefore though anyone can install the app, users will need a prior invitation for to use the app

The Team administrator of the team who has signed up for Wrktop will need to let you know your team’s unique Team Id (e.g ABCTEAM)

Enter your Team Id on the intro screen that appears the first time you install the app

Sign-up with your credentials (such as your email id) and set a password

If you are an authorised user, you will get a 6 digit OTP to verify your credentials

Sign-in and then with your credentials and you will then have access to the Wrktop apps as configured by the Team administrator

Use the Wrktop business apps as appropriate

Team administrators can sign-up for their own Wrktop team account from the web portal – www.wrktop.com

Team members can sign-up only from the Wrktop mobile app
